Hi Peeps!

First off, I just want to apologise for my lack of posts recently, my laptop decided to stop working on me  and it's been in the repair shop for the past two weeks which was really annoying as I had content prepared. I didn't have another computer in my household which I could've used too, so it was just a waiting game for my laptop to be fixed. I apologise once again, and I hope that you are all good and doing well.

So this outfit is my personal take on the 1960's trend, which has been ever present for the past several summers. I obviously added my my touch of dark comfort with the lace crop top and fur cardigan, what can I say eh?-old habits die hard.
I love the double touch of polka dot in this outfit, at first I thought that it might be a little overkill, but in the end I think it added even more vintage appeal and I am happy with the result overall.
This outfit was obviously taken a few weeks ago, (if you live in England you would understand what I mean, the *ahem shitty weather!), but that's okay because I am not planning on shoving this beautiful vintage skirt at the back of my wardrobe any time soon. I purchased it last year in a vintage sale for a quid!-yes people for only one pound! I think that this skirt is ever so versatile with its simple colour palette and flattering cut, I am planning on layering it up this winter with a chunky knit  jumper and some cool boots.
And this fur cardigan is an absolute steal of mine, but something which I surprisingly don't wear that often. I have made a mental note to wear it a lot more as I feel that it really lends itself to the coming winter trends. And because it's black, there is obviously plenty of ways for gothing it up!

That's enough from me now, I shall see you all in my next one. Take care, and have a great day!

Love,

V.
