Hey Peeps! Hope that you are all well, and that the week hasn't been too bad for you.

This is a little outfit which I wore the other day when I had a little secondary-school-reunion with some old mates of mine. It was an amazing day, not only seeing my friends, but the weather too!

I opted for this summery kimono and to be honest, in summer I pretty much live in kimonos. This one is a little floral number which I purchased in a Primark sale earlier this year for a fiver! 

I went for an all-black ensemble to wear underneath (what's new!), not only out of habit, but I also felt that the dark background of my clothes made the colours in the kimono stand out even more. And the green woodsy surroundings of the park added a magical touch to these photos which I'm really happy with! 

We took these photos in a quite a secluded area of the park and it really had this edge of mysticism about it, as if we were in a different realm. I kind of half-expected/half-wished to be chased by a witch, and then to be saved by a vampire before she killed me, and then be told that I am secretly a mermaid princess, and that I have to save the world from an evil warlock. Yes people, I am a weirdo like that! 

I'm going to go now because I fear that if I write anymore I might start to sound even more crazy, but at least my outlandish imagination got to make her debut appearance, she pops out every so often and you will start to notice this in future posts.
