Hey Peeps!

Hope that you have all had a good week!

I met up with an old friend of mine, Lauren, from secondary school a couple of days ago. I hadn't seen her in years so it was really nice to catch up and just hang out. It crazily felt just like old times, she's such a funny girl, (hence why there are some pictures of me actually smiling in these photos!) and it was really nice to have a good laugh and reminisce about when we were goofy school tennagers,—gosh that makes me feel old!
Speaking of goofy, please excuse the dorky pics of me smiling, my goofiness is exactly the reason why I try not to post any pictures of me smiling, but I thought it would be a nice change from my usual moody doom and gloom. :0

This outfit is probably one of the most smartest outfits that I've put up on here, the reason being is because on the same day, Lauren and I attended a recruitment event, so we figured to dress to impress! Once the conference was over, I decided to Victoria-sprinkle up the mundane outfit with the add of the glasses, scarf, rings and purple lipstick. I really love how just these simple accessories completely changed this outfit and gave it a cool 70s vibe.
I also apologise for this being a rather photo-heavy post, but I really love the photos that Lauren took of me, and it was so hard when I was going through them to whittle them down to just a few. She's a blogger too, so make sure you check out her blog fordearlove,—she has a really edgy and alternative style, which I'm rather envious of!

I'm going to be working with her again very soon, so stay tuned for some more posts to come!

Love,

V.
